1. Eligibility for Return
- • You can request a return & Exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags
intact.
• Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered products.
2. Return Process

your order.
2. Provide your order number, issue details, and product images.
3. Once approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup (if applicable) or ask you to ship the
product back to us.
3. Refund Timeline
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned
product.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired product is unavailable, a refund will be
issued.
Once the return/exchange product is received it will be inspected and the return/exchange will be approved
within 2 days. And all the exchange product will be delivered within 3 days
